It works wonderfully on my dry, sensitive skin. My skin also tends to dry out midday and I use Altruist to reapply. Like what others say, although slightly greasy, it does have a tendency to pill if your skin is oily or if you have moisturiser underneath. I love Altruist and have purchased so many tubes because it works so well on my dry skin. I use it instead of moisturiser and use a mattifying tinted sunscreen foundation on it.
like it for the price and level of protection. The best way to use it on the face is with no other skincare underneath, it’s pretty moisturising and often pills with other products. I usually powder my face after 20 mins to take away the shine, but I’ll definitely be shiny by the end of the day. I do have oily skin though, if you are dry it may suit you better. It’s great for the body though. I’ve never had any issues with it causing breakouts or irritating my skin, except for the fact that it stings my eyes so I use a mineral sunscreen in that area instead.
