Many people are getting this limitation for no reason at all. It makes me think Google is doing this purposely or validating the AdSense account frequently. I know over 80% people would have faced this issues. No solution, Google has to release the limitation from their end. Don’t try anything or else they will disable your account permanently.
Google may never tell you what the actual reason is, so you have to do some checking on your own. Look at your AdSense reporting and see if you have any pages or urls with incredibly high click through rates. If you see any big outliers, disable AdSense on those pages and see if you can figure out why those stats would be higher on those pages. You want to make sure the ads have plenty of space around them so Google doesn’t think you’re trying to get invalid clicks.
