I don’t read, I don’t talk too much. I just don’t do anything too much. And yeahhhh sit by the windows so you can fee the fresh air on your face. So avoid reading books, pressing your phone or looking inside the car for as long as possible sit in front of vehicle and look outside towards horizon.
