There are many reasons why propane stoves are unsafe for indoor use, but this does not mean that you may not use your stove indoors. It is possible to use a propane stove safely. Unlike methane, which has fewer carbon atoms in its structure compared to propane, the latter is much more prone to incomplete combustion, which may cause the release of carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is one of the most toxic substances on the planet. It interferes with the transport of oxygen in the body, and even in small concentrations, affected people start to experience dizziness, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Continued exposure to the harmful gas will eventually cause unconsciousness and death. I remember my mate had one that was pink, within a few months it was dark purple, no cleaning chemical or scrubbing will get it looking brand new. The only positive thing to a silicon bong is that it is unsmashable, but I’d rather just put a stem and conepiece in a plastic bottle and change the bottle every couple months.
