The best meal plan is the one your body needs. We don’t have universal needs: each of us is different. More than that, our body has different needs at different ages, different activity levels, different seasons or environments. I don’t eat red meat. It has nothing to do with animals, beliefs or so. I just know my body extremely well – I was born a 800g preemie, live with severe allergies and asthma to the whole range of triggers, so I had to pay attention to my body’s reactions because they’re quite unusual, and there was no way I could get the info about what I need from anywhere else. I can die if I have what other people need. And I had to learn this very early. I love fruits, and I can eat unlimited amounts without getting bored of them. There are some absolutely delicious dessert recipes, entirely raw. I can make soups from raw veggies – for example, cauliflower. It’s delicious, especially in winter time.

If you’re sexually active, getting a sexually transmitted infection is a real possibility. Some STIs, like HIV and syphilis, are typically known for being symptomatic, so an infected person will show signs of infection. But there are a few out there that are actually known for being asymptomatic, which means you wouldn’t know you have the STI until it’s spread or led to other side effects. Symptoms can develop within a few days or weeks, but sometimes they do not appear until months or even years later. Often there are few or no symptoms and you may not know you have an STI. If there’s any chance you have an STI, go to a sexual health clinic confidential check-up.
