We all get dreams, some people are just not able to remember or recall it. If you want to be able to recall your dreams, all you have to do is set your alarm for every two hours of the night. We all have different REM sleep patterns that is why suggesting this.
REM is the phase when we actually tend to dream. If our sleep gets interrupted at this time then we are more likely to remember what we were dreaming. Just make sure, the interruption should not be too shocking because when this happens our body reaches to full consciousness which shakes off the post dream mental state and we forget the dream quickly. So, keep an alarm tune which will be strong enough to wake you up but not too strong.

It is not only prevalent in the gay community. I have seen more women than men with HIV. These women contracted it from their straight husbands and boyfriends who contracted it from prostitutes or other men. So, don’t feel so safe by thinking it is only prevalent in the gay population. Of all the men I have seen, most were IV drug users, which is how they contracted it. Of course, some where gay as well. The thing is- that it doesn’t matter. They were all just as ill. HIV is not a gay thing, it is a people thing. In an HIV clinic, upon my first visit I saw all sorts of individuals. Rich, poor, White, Black, Asian, etc. It doesn’t discriminate. They all want to be able to live and function as normally as possible and they deserve that regardless of how they contracted it. HIV is in any community and all communities. Just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

No one really knows yet; the vaccines have only been around for only a few months. It is thought that annual or biannual boosters may be needed because of the emergence of new strains - which is totally expected in viruses - hence the yearly vaccination program.
