No guarantee and a person should not be so sure that he will go to heaven, or lose hope and think he definitely go to hell. As I know in Islam, being non-Muslim doesn’t doom you to hell instantly. God’s Mercy also is bestowed upon the non-Muslims. No compulsion for you to accept Islam means you may choose to stay with your religion until your heart is open to Islam.

If you wash your face so many times in a day, it is going to dry it out completely, especially in the winters. Our skin will be depleted of its natural oils. If you are in an environment that involves you to wash your skin so many times in a day, it best that you follow up with a delicate moisturiser, face oil or a serum. Any of these that will suit your skin. You will also need to use a facewash that is chemical free and contains natural oils that will not dry out the skin completely. Most natural face washes will have a bit of natural oils to nourish your skin.
