One of the best web hosting have used is namecheap.com . Have not experience any down time since have been using them for the past 2 years. And their customer care service is one of the best, they are customer care is just too good.

See lessIf you want to have peace of mind, dont go near whoghost, i used their service for only 5 months, and it was nothing near good. My website was always experiencing down time atleast 3hours daily.
And their customer care is useless also, all they know how to do is to send you screenshot and saying the issue is not from their end.
