You might set an alarm and drink some water a few hours before you normally wake up. It could also be one of many things like, blood pressure, reaction to medication, uncomfortable sleeping positions, exercise or lack of exercise

I had an uncle who was a hard worker, who didn’t drink a lot, but he had a beer belly. Just was where he added weight. If you notice, men tend to add weight above their waist, and women below, that’s just where we add weight. So while drinking beer can result in a beer belly, that’s not necessarily the cause nor necessarily the result. Keep active, limit your consumption and you will be good.
