There are many groups of people that fall into this category of hard-to-reach population. These groups include; men that sleep with men, women that sleep with women, heavy injection drugs users, small local tribes, and so on. These people are individuals who you can’t just jam across the street, and sometimes when you jam them, they don’t appear as what they represent.
