      Most times, some of them just look at the situation on ground- the severity. They really can’t just administer anesthetic anyhow. Also, it is a known fact that some operations require that the patient is conscious through out the whole process. If it’s a case of emergency, the first thing is to save the life of the person first. As anesthetic drugs might not be readily available for use, would you rather they wait till they get? No. So they’ll kind of have to work out the operation just like that.

Also, make your posts engaging, if you’re not making your posts engaging, there is nothing the readers want to comment about- make the posts open ended. Ask for their opinions on matters. Post quality contents, not copied contents. That way, you won’t just be having readers, you will have readers who will engage in your posts, possibly share on their social networks and definitely come back to your blog site.
