To be honest, being addicted to crack cocaine ruined my life my hopes my dreams. It takes literally everything you own or others around you and what they own. I started using when I was 19. I had used in the past but it really didn’t faze me till I hit 23. I had a good job was helping out my family. I was happy, but then I smoked crack. Crack has taken me down many dead end roads. I became a failure in life. I lost my job my family I had lost myself. I’m 36 right now and just getting away from crack cocaine. I no longer crave it or use it. You lose a lot of weight when using, if you’re lucky you get to keep your teeth. It’s a shit storm when you run out of crack and have no money to get anymore. You start stealing from family and friends. You begin to lose all hope and start thinking very crazy like wanting to kill to get more money.
