      I really don’t believe in good or bad company, it’s all about what you already have in you. Your company of friends can only help you propel it out. You see there is no bad company or good company. It’s a point of view. If you have self control over yourself then it doesn’t matter what company you follow.
      However, bad company will always make you feel anxious. Bad company it is inevitable, all we can do is learn and grow.
      You cannot force your friend to either socialize with or avoid any particular person. But as a friend you can give them good advice and try to create positive interactions, but you must also respect there right to choose their company. These are some of the ways you can avoid mingling with the wrong company;
      Monitor their behavior
      Begin to distance yourself
      Try to help them – if you can’t avoid them
      Don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself
