Everyone experiences emotions, it simply takes a particular trigger for the river to break the dam. I think people need to learn to experience their emotions yet still not feel governed by them. Very different from repressing or numbing them.

There are some inmates who gets out before they finish serving their term on the basis of good behavior and conducts. The types of offenses I know that is often involved with long term of probation are; rape, thievery/scam, drug trafficking and the likes. Some can be on parole probation for as long as a year, some, through out the life time outside the prison cos their ways have to be strictly monitored.

The most important sign I look for in mature minds is not talking, not like you don’t have what to say, but you respect the other party and allow them talk while you listen. Also, those who don’t bicker around on how mature they are, are really and truly mature. I’ve got mad respect for people who understand why people do things. Showing empathy towards their actions even if it they did something you don’t like. Living within your means, whether those means are humble or abundant.
