Talking about your feelings can be a healthy step towards taking care of your mental health. It begins with understanding oneself and one’s feelings and emotions. Taking a short pause between tasks as it enables one to rejuvenate and reenergise for the upcoming task. Breaks are important and healthy in order to de-stress. Make sure that you unplug during some part of the day in order to unwind and stay away from digital spaces. This can include having no exposure to screen time for a desired period of time.
