      Personally, I feel it really doesn’t matter at all. You can use whatever emoji you like irrespective of if your skin color.       Personally, I feel it really doesn’t matter at all. You can use whatever emoji you like irrespective of if your skin color. If anyone gets offended by you using a darker or lighter skinned emoji, they’re sensitive. I’m not saying this to be rude and I hope I don’t come off mean, but come on.. it’s an emoji. As long as you’re not using it to be offensive to others, it shouldn’t matter.

      Too much of exercise can cause major stress in the body, depending on what you are doing you can cause stress fractures, torn muscles, large amounts of cortisol levels which will lead to fat gain, bad sleep, and many other issues.
