The most important step to regaining your self esteem and self confidence is to start with is to identify the cause for your lack of self-confidence and self-esteem. In other words, before you change anything for that matter, you must first understand why it is the way it is.
This step is probably the most crucial, so if you are serious about wanting to change, just stop. Stop what you’re doing right now. You cannot expect to achieve different results by continuing to do the same things you were doing before the original problems existed.
So, to be successful at making these changes, it’s important to examine the elements in your life that are causing you to feel the way you do. Start observing the the things you allow inside. Pay attention to the music you listen to, the food you eat, the people you spend the most time with. Remember that wherever your attention goes, so does your power. Are you spending an excessive amount of time on social media? focusing on people who “seem” do be more attractive than you, or perhaps they “seem” to be in a situation that “appears” more favorable than yours. Please keep in mind that this behavior is EXTREMELY toxic and highly destructive. Instead, just focus on yourself. Be deliberate in your actions. Set goals for yourself and for who you want to become. Surround yourself with people that build you up, not break you down. Stop trying to be like someone else and be the greatest version of you that ever existed on the planet.

First, marriage only restricted to having an intimate sex life? There are many things that marriage is, asides intimacy. Does marriage not not call for responsibilities of keeping the couple involved above poverty line and also healthy? Does it not mean planning for the future for the arrival of children and taking care of them? Does it not include maintaining a good name and reputation for the family in the society you live and making both the parents ( if alive ) also happy? Not for nothing Marriage is termed as a thousand-year-old tradition so that people like you and others should not treat it lightly.
