      Do yourself a huge favor and consult with a dermatologist first. There are chemical peels, and then there are chemicals that can ruin your skin permanently. Be very careful about what you are thinking of doing, and don’t do it based solely on the half-baked advice of some amateur.

      I really don’t like the term mental illness, let’s call it mental difficulties instead: I think we all have some level of it. Yes, recurring evil thoughts are usually a sign of mental difficulties. Now depending on the type of thoughts; aggressive, suicidal etc., it could be considered as signs of depression or anger. If you have such thoughts, I would suggest you start the practice of breathing meditation for 10 minutes everyday, or see a therapist if you prefer.
