      It’s called competition and anyone that has a good idea will be copied in some shape or form. Look at Apple as an example. After the success of the iPod and iPhone, everyone started producing similar devices. Samsung, Microsoft, Google and lots of other companies started releasing phones that copied Apple features. It’s like opening up a successful Italian restaurant and having a competitor open up a rival Italian restaurant across the street and copying your menu and lower prices. The best advice I can give you here is compete or give up. You can’t have a good idea and expect others not to copy you eventually. That’s business.

So if you are a confident, successful, and intelligent woman you will need to work harder to find someone who is just as confident, successful, and intelligent as you are. If you play at your level, you won’t feel like you’re intimidating anyone.
