Don’t look for motivation. Its a trap. It will only get you started but definately can’t get you through. There’s only two things that can help you go all the way along. Its Good Habit and Discipline. If your habits are good, you don’t need motivation in the first place. You really don’t have to think about motivation to start.
You are seeking out for motivation because you are not studying. You are not studying because you are procrastinating. So the deep rooted underlying problem is procrastination.
Wage a war against procrastination. Don’t accept mediocrity. Build a world class habit and become the most disciplined person you always imagined to be.

Everyone’s palms sweat at some point or another. That’s just human nature. Even so, people aren’t usually stoked to have sweaty palms, especially when it seems like it’s happening all the time. If you suspect your palms are doing the most, you might actually be right. While some level of sweat is a normal bodily function, there is actually a thing as perspiring too much. Excessive sweating is medically known as hyperhidrosis, and it goes far beyond a little dampness. People with hyperhidrosis can sweat so much it drips off their hands or soaks through their clothes, which can then lead to social anxiety and embarrassment.

The thing with lucid dreaming is: there is awareness that we are in a dream. You could say that this awareness exists in the dream and is thus part of the dream. The only reference you have is your recollection afterwards, memory. But if we would call this dream and not awareness, then where do we make a difference between lucid dream and memories of the past. Because both are recollections, memory. And we cannot truly verify if they happened as we recall- which is a large problem with memory in general, gaps in memory are easily filled with things that did not happen as we recall them. It’s a difficult question to answer in my opinion due to this dream state being on the edge of sleep and wake.
