It’s impossible to live without communication. As social beings, communication is what connects and bonds us together, forming families, communities, and civilizations. It’s how we are able to understand ourselves and the world around us. We underestimate the extent to which we communicate with ourselves. This inner dialogue is crucial to decision making, which in turn is critical to survival. So even if we’re by ourselves, we still need to communicate.

If you accept that you are good enough and believe that you are, it’s a start. Always learn, improve yourself to be the best that you can be. Love and accept your flaws, the good and the bad. Change what you can change, accept what you can not change and let it go. Believe in who you are, and strive to improve yourself. Be positive, understanding, show yourself some compassion and kindness. Discard the negative self talk, replace with positive self talk. You can be the person you want to be, worthy, special, and true.
