Pfeiffer syndrome is inherited as an autosomal dominant genetic disorder, meaning that only a single copy of an abnormal gene is necessary to cause the condition. The abnormal gene can be inherited from either parent or be a result of a new mutation, change in a gene in the affected individual.

I think the biggest difference which is the root cause for all the other differences is their source of authority for their beliefs and practices. While Protestants are leaning almost exclusively on the Bible as the ultimate authority, the Orthodox Church draw that authority from Tradition, Holy Fathers writings, leading Patriarchs’ inspiration, and in a much lesser degree from the Bible. Orthodox Christians don’t follow anyone’s inspiration since they don’t know if it is an inspiration from God or a trap from the devil. We follow the established tradition, and the decisions of the synods.
