      There were a few opportunities that I have missed. At that moment you regret you’ve missed it but why stand still while life keeps going forward. I’ve learned not to have regrets in your life. You’ll get stuck in this mindset that the whole universe might be against you. If you have missed an opportunity, so what. Life throws many things at you. There will be other opportunities. Maybe not as good but still. Don’t waste time and energy on missed opportunities. Keep go forward and things will be the way you want them to be. As long as you make it happen.

To let go these emotions, people take different routes like over eating, exercising too much, drinks, sex etc but tread good path and you can release these blocks If you are intellectually strong enough then you can sustain with suppressed thoughts for a long time , In anyother situations you may feel uneasy & fustrated for holding them. Suppression in any form is harmful, because everything has a limit beyond which it shall breakthrough. Suppression of emotions can lead to constant overthinking, lacks confidence in self, and frustration.
