Engage with them online and know what they really need, do not just assume what they need. A lot of startups just jumpstart into the business without fully understanding the the industry they’re going into, they don’t do extensive research and feasibility study of the industry. A lot of startups ignore this and just enter the industry, lack of full understanding makes their business die slowly. Constant research will make your business successful.
