Secondly, intentional or unintentional, no overstaying is left unpunished. It could be a fine, immediate deportation or even getting banned.

Other things may result in irritation that can build over time to create divisions. This document should continue to change as the roommates find other things that might create a problem. If all parties are aware of the house rules, signing their agreement, then your situation will undoubtedly be smoother and more pleasant.
