      Generally speaking, Health Insurance should cover all those things you go to the hospital to sort but still it is advisable to look in to the specified policy conditions. See for the disclaimer clauses in the policy. Some insurance companies provide cashless insurance. Also, I highly doubt your company’s HMO would cover selective medical surgeries, so unless the surgery is medically deem necessary, your company’s health insurance will not cover it.

      I would say that no matter what gender you are, discrimination is shit. I do not condone any type of discrimination on the basis of gender, race, or sexual preference unless we are talking about your romantic partner in which case you are absolutely rightful to choose who you want to sleep with.       I would say that no matter what gender you are, discrimination is shit. I do not condone any type of discrimination on the basis of gender, race, or sexual preference unless we are talking about your romantic partner in which case you are absolutely rightful to choose who you want to sleep with. Gender discrimination still occurs because sexist people still exist. Every generation gets more accepting, but gender discrimination, just like racism and homophobia, will exist until the end of time. However, things are not hopeless. There are few ways gender discrimination can be reduced, they are: making sure when hiring people you don’t judge by gender, when interacting with kids to always be tolerant, avoid stereotypes, shut down sexists with calm, rational logic, and treat everyone with respect.
