It really depends i if your partner is a really person during the day. If they are your partner and the relationship is healthy, you should already know their routine and background. If they only works during the day, then it’s only nights they have to chat with you, which I think it’s cool since they’re making an effort. You didn’t really give much information to base an answer on, so I’m just guessing here. But if you have suspicions about your partner’s intentions, which seems to be the case since you are writing this question in an open forum, you might want to sit down with and have a sincere conversation about your feelings. I wish you well🤩

Once thing I’ve realised in life is, the more you try, the better you get. This is a common theory, even the most confident salesperson have had a fair share of a “shy moment”. You meet new people, you talk to new people, strangers, it can be a bit of a big deal. So don’t beat yourself if you’ve not been able to overcome your shyness, if you’ve just started your work as a salesperson, the thing is, you really going to get your confidence and boldness. Soon enough. The more you get involved in the role, the better you get in it. Pending the time you overcome your shyness, you can as well weaponize it to your favor while talking to clients or customers. You will definitely be fine, take it a step after another.
