Vitamin E capsules are very good for badly chapped lips. Just poke a hole in the end of one and squeeze some oil on your lips morning and night, or more often if needed. If you’re like me you want to peel off the hard patches, but that leaves patches of thin vulnerable skin underneath and can open up bleeding, so careful! You can layer chap stick over vitamin E. Another thing I do before bed is just slather on an intensive moisturizer cream. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and even badly chapped lips can clear up with a little time and care.
