      Not “destroy” literally. But here’s the thing, living in your comfort zone will isolate you from reality to the point that you will become shit scared to do anything. Slowly and steadily, self-doubt, worthlessness, and frustration will consume you and soon you will feel freeze, brain freeze.
      To me, this feeling is similar to being dead, or killed by my own foolishness. Take risks, learn, fail, and try again and make this routine your comfort zone. Have confidence in yourself to take risks and believe in yourself that you can face anything. Make this your comfort zone, this kind of comfort zone will take you places.
