It is all a myth. In fact, that groundnut causes pimples is one of the age old food myths that have been passed down to generations yet there is no scientific evidence or literature that have linked peanuts, groundnut paste, or any other oily food to pimples. Pimples are formed when the passage sweat and sebum comes out from in the skin is blocked. This passage is known as sweat pore. When the sweat pore is blocked sweat and the oily substance known as the sebum becomes a culture media for the growth of bacteria. This causes inflammation and then the pain, redness, and swelling that follows acne. Genetically there are persons prone to developing pimples even without eating groundnuts plus other oily. Of course you may have met such individuals.

If your company won’t do anything and you don’t feel safe there, start looking for a position elsewhere. Don’t let the harasser bully you out of a job before you’re ready, but don’t feel trapped either. Sometimes a sexual harasser will work on your head and make you feel like nobody else would want you. Don’t believe it. You’ll be amazed how relieved you’ll be to get out of a bad situation. One last thing: If you don’t report sexual harassment, there will be other victims and the behavior will get worse. Stand up for your right to a safe workplace. Your employer has a duty to keep your workplace free of sexual harassment. It’s the law.
