Even if you were a lifelong athlete, getting into shape is hard for everyone. Your body doesn’t remember like you think it might. Even if you were a lifelong athlete, getting into shape is hard for everyone. Your body doesn’t remember like you think it might. With that in mind, it makes the mental hurdle of going to the gym or that exercise class you haven’t been to in months, that much easier. You don’t have to beat yourself up for not being where you were, physically, 3 months ago. The genes in your muscles do not have the ability to retain any memory of past exercise and there is science to back this up. Just because you were cycling ten miles every day many months ago does not mean you can do the same thing months later having not been on a bike at all. The best thing you should always remember is this, the easiest way to get back into shape is it to stay in shape.

While I believe that children should be informed about LGBTQ acceptance and it’s history, I’m not necessarily sure it can be taught in public schools yet. Representation matters. Seeing that there have been gay people throughout history is an important first step to letting our current students know that they can and will achieve greatness, just as others have done before them. So the best thing for history teachers to do would be to keep their students up-to-date on the latest current events including LGBQT civil rights. After all, history is constantly being made.

AND WHILE THE SCHOOL FEE IS REFUNDABLE, THE ADMINISTRATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE SCHOOL FEE REFUNDED IS SUBJECTED TO BANK CHARGES- WHICH MEANS THE BANK CHARGES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FEE.
