      There is prickly pear cactus which can be picked and eaten directly from the cactus, but you have to remove the small,needle sharp stickers first. Eat the fruit when it’s dark red to purple. The green cactus is also edible, you just have to cook it for few minutes just to soften it or you soak it in order to remove the thorns. After that, it can then be chopped up and boiled, fried, pickled,or any way that anyone knows how to prepare them. The pickled cactus can be found in the pickle section of the grocery store.

      For me, I believe people tip just for the great and proper service. It actually shouldn’t be this way. But a lot of waiters and waitresses rely heavily on the tips.       For me, I believe people tip just for the great and proper service.
      It actually shouldn’t be this way. But a lot of waiters and waitresses rely heavily on the tips.
      In Ohio, the minimum wage is $8.15 an hour. Of which an employer only has to pay about half, the rest must be made up in tips received from customers. If a wait person falls short of the minimum wage, the employer has to make up the difference. However, the employer may not keep you long, if you are not making up the balance in tips and your employer has to pay you out of their pocket for the balance.
