This is primarily a method one would reserve for cases of harassment, but it’s possible nonetheless. Mobile providers should similarly have no issue with helping you out in this way. Law enforcement is also able to identify “private” numbers, but you’d better not involve the police unless the person on the other end criminally harmed you or threatened you or someone you know with a criminal act. It can actually be a misdemeanor to report a nuisance like a private telemarketer to the police, as it’s a waste of government resources.

Sit on a toilet, open your legs and push as if you are pushing out a baby or trying to have a bowel movement.

If that is not possible try to locate the strings in order to grab them and pull it out. If your efforts to remove the tampon aren’t working then you need to seek out help from a doctor. To you, it my feel embarrassing to ask for help but remember there is nothing your doctor probably hasn’t already seen at least once.
