It means nail trauma, I get this when I do house hold chores neglecting my fingers and nails, for example, when cleaning, I wash the mop, I twist it so hard to remove excess water, twisting hard involve hands specially finger tips, thats when too much pressure on tips of fingers increase and causes damage to the nail. Or, during cleaning I clean windows or corners while pressing a piece of cloth with my finger, so that’s the time I’m cleaning so hard and neglecting its repercussions on my nails. So I get these lines on my nails.

Personally, I I think talent is an excuse used by the lazy to hide their lack of effort. Thing is, anyone that people label as talented has spent a lot of time practicing whatever it is they’re good at. No one is good at something the first time they do it. You cannot find what you’re talented at by trying a bit of something.
Of course, you tend to carry skills from one activity to another. Someone who has played basketball for years would be a better football player on the first day than someone who has played football, but nothing else, for a couple of weeks. Someone who has read hundreds of books can write better prose than someone who attended a 2-day workshop. Now, to answer the actual question, NO! not everyone has talent. What each of us does have, is time. The more time you spend for something, the greater talent you accumulate.
