But do avoid all processed foods including cereals, if you don’t want to develop a pot belly. Add proteins to your diet like dals. If you are a non-vegetarian you can have whole eggs, meat, etc.

Prioritize thinking about which one of your current task is more important for you or the team you are working with. Sometimes we are so focused on the weeds that we forget about understanding what´s really important. In the end, 20% of your actions will provide 80% of results. Try to prioritize between the must-haves and the nice to have. Productivity is not about doing a lot of things, it is doing what is really important instead and achieving results.
