Have carbohydrate rich vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, tapioca, arvi, etc. Feel free to have freshly squeezed juices. But do avoid all processed foods including cereals, if you don’t want to develop a pot belly. Add proteins to your diet like dals. If you are a non-vegetarian you can have whole eggs, meat, etc.
      2. Do exercise regularly to build muscles but don’t overdo it in your zeal for quick results.
      3. Stay healthy and stress free. Remember lean body is also good. You don’t want to appear padded with fat.
      4. It is more important to stay disease -free for which you need to keep your immunity strong. Rest and relaxation are equally important, so get 7 to 8 hours of good sleep.

      For me, I have productivity apps on my phone. These apps help me keep track of time and my daily tasks. Prioritize thinking about which one of your current task is more important for you or the team you are working with. Sometimes we are so focused on the weeds that we forget about understanding what´s really important. In the end, 20% of your actions will provide 80% of results. Try to prioritize between the must-haves and the nice to have. Productivity is not about doing a lot of things, it is doing what is really important instead and achieving results.
