There are a lot of apps that do that on App Store, all you have to do is to look and check for one compatible with your device. There is one I use, “Secret Photo Album”. It just looks like a calculator. People will never find out my private data hidden on my iPhone unless they got the password. It’s quite safe and convenient for me to store my photos.

If you’re going to cut contact with someone then at the very least, you should give an explanation before you cut contact. Simply ghosting is very cowardly and IMO makes you a terrible person. I’ve been ghosted before and it sucks. I’m on the autism spectrum and I highly value honesty and directness. I don’t pick up on subtle hints easily and I would rather someone just tell me if they have an issue with me, so I can work on it instead of keeping it to themselves and eventually just cutting me off.

Nothing happens, except if you wake up with a bloated stomach. It’s not sleep in particular that’ll affect your digestion, it’s lying down. Your body uses gravity to hold food in your stomach while your stomach produces acid to digest the food you just ate. When you lay down, gravity isn’t holding the acid and the food at the bottom of your stomach anymore, the acid and food can spread out and creep back up your esophagus. This can have short term effects like acid reflux . That is why it is often advised to stay at least 1hr after eating before you lie down.
