I really hope I understood your question well, but what I think you refer to as brain shark is the bubbles of water that enter the nostrils and past through to the head when you fail to maintain your balance while swimming. The bubbles may seem as though something is moving around in your head, it’s happened to me quite a number of times. That’s what brain shark is, except there is another thing it means to another person. I hope my reply is helpful though.
