Empty feeling is forcing yourself to do those things and telling yourself that it doesn’t feel hollow and using friendship as a distraction. But also not being able to ignore it when you’re finally alone. Feeling lonely and depressed but also not having any tears to cry. Wanting to change everything but the effort involved sounds monumental. Nothing matter to you, you really just to want to lay in bed and not get up for nothing.

I have been using light therapy for about 4 months and the experience has been great, so far… no side effects whatsoever. It has helped my depression marginally. I definitely felt a noticeable difference the first week I started using it. I believe sunlight can often be a missing piece of the puzzle for treating depression, and it is very useful as an addition to other methods of treatment.
If you don’t get enough sunlight as it is, it’s worth a shot. If you already get plenty of natural sunlight, you probably won’t need it.

I’ve got an acne-prone skin, meaning my skin is sensitive and oily. In the morning, I wash my face with water, use the Dear Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin drop, followed by the COSRX Oil-free Lotion, then Dear Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence. I really do not do much for my morning routines. On afternoons, Bioré Cleansing Oil or Heimish All Clean Balm, Human Nature Hydrating Creamy Wash, Benton Aloe BHA Toner, COSRX rice mask, Pyungkang Yul Acne Spot Cream (I use this just once in a while). I chemically exfoliate with AHA and BHA once a week, from COSRX, I use In Her Element’s Rose clay mask when I need it, and an essence or a facial oil after a toner when needed as well.
