A life that could have been but never was is effectively a wasted life.

If the people you spend your time with don’t make your life better, they automatically will make it worse. Stop spending time with life suckers, instead, hang out with those who will empower you and make you better.

If you tell yourself that you’re not good enough to start a business, or that you’re too old to start a new career, or you’re too tired to put effort into creating the life of your dreams-then this will become your reality. You’re simply putting yourself down.

Living most of your life in the comfortable zone will definitely kill you. Step up yourself, challenge yourself into doing new things. Set up new tasks for yourself, don’t ever limit yourself to little. Set your spirit on motion with challenges, that is the only way to keep being alive.

Living your life without a solid plan for your future-you just keep telling yourself “the future will be great”. Even a mad person on the street says that. Get to work, start up something now. Plan ahead of time. So you won’t be caught unaware.

You often find yourself reliving the past. Stop dwelling in the past and face reality. Now is your reality. You don’t want to end up at 70yrs and still always thinking about he good old days.

You let others tell you how to live. A lot of people will enter your life and will try to tell you how to live your life. Will you listen? Thinking it through would be a good first step for you. It’s your life and you only get one chance to live, so don’t waste it by living dependently on the commands of others.

      1. Adaptive golf can be played while standing or sitting. Adaptive golf carts can help with stabilizing the body while swinging the club, and golf clinics can teach individuals with walking/standing disability about adaptive equipment and how to play golf even with the disability.
      2. Sitting Volleyball-In sitting volleyball, players are seated, and the game follows the same rules as stand-up volleyball, with the exception of a shorter net, smaller court.
      3. Swimming-Adaptive swimming includes all swim strokes and distances. Adaptive swimming does not require special equipment, an individual with a walking disability disability can also swim, so far the pool is accessible to wheelchairs.
      4. Tennis-Tennis uses adaptive equipments for mobility, such as a wheelchair. There are rule modifications made, and a stand-up player can play against or be on the same team with a wheelchair player.
      5. Basketball ball-The game is played using same rules and standards of basketball, with some variations for dribbling and contact from the wheelchair.
