Does face toner make the face go oily?
It could be how you’re using it as I’ve had my fair share of this issue in the past. Use a toner after washing your face and pat drying it. Dab a cotton swab in toner and wipe your face clean or spay the toner onto your face and wipe with cotton. Then wait a few minutes and follow with moisturiser.Read more

Dab a cotton swab in toner and wipe your face clean or spay the toner onto your face and wipe with cotton. Then wait a few minutes and follow with moisturiser. Do not miss the moisturiser as toners can be aggressive and they leech oil and dirt making your skin vulnerable and prone to damage.

But I’m sure someone somewhere is working on it.
