Long gone are those days of two stages of interview and boom! You’re offered a job. Interviews now take lots of procedures, tiring procedures even. The first stage interview is when you will be asked by the company to visit them for a face to face interview. This is normally a one-on-one interview. A second interview normally means that a company is really interested in you and likes what they have seen so far. At this stage, you may experience a bigger interview panel than at your first interview, and you may meet with other employees and management during this time. If you should have to take part in a third interview, this typically involves a final meeting with the hiring manages and you may meet more of your prospective colleagues. A third interview implies that you are in the mix of applicants whom they would like to offer the role to, but potentially there could be a few candidates in which they are wanting to choose from. The final stage is where you will find out if you are going to be offered the role. This is your last chance to make a good impression.

I think it’s a good think you acknowledge your traumas and how you project it to others, that’s like first step ticked out. From what you put up there, you don’t like how you project your traumas to other people, and you’d like to change. You may not be able to embrace your traumas, and I honestly wouldn’t tell you to. But accepting your traumas will determine how you’d be able to move past them. Most times, we need help, professional help, but we often live in denial and tell ourselves “I can handle it”. Speak to a professional if you have to, it’s will help you heal and move past your traumas.
