Any muscular organ, if kept either in longitudinal or compression force, then organ is likely to get deformed. If kept for a longer period, then it may affect physical and mental health. Yes, some people never get depressed. They will be in the category, who practice meditation regularly. Meditation causes release of all hidden stresses. Thus body come back to a normal form. It can be described as,” born again”. Meditation permits one to watch the feeling with even open eyes. It means person no more get flown along the any mental problem , such as depression, worry. One looks at the emotion directly face to face. This makes the person to laugh at himself.
