      Lymph nodes become swollen in response to illness, infection, or stress. Swollen lymph nodes are one sign that your lymphatic system is working to rid your body of the responsible agents. Swollen lymph glands in the head and neck are normally caused by illnesses such as; sinus infection.

Mix salt and warm water in a glass and swoosh it I your mouth for 30 seconds to a minute. It may hurt a bit but will clean out the canker sores and help heal quicker.

      I generally feel really horny and might feel some breast tenderness and/or have a more mucus-like discharge. At times, I’ve noticed I become more sociable and talkative, but usually it’s not that much of a difference. Sometimes, I experience back cramping, just mild cramping at the back side. Asides from all that, I use a period tracker app. This helps me stay afloat and track my circle, although not 100%.
