See lessYou could maybe gather some support from other members of the neighbourhood, I’m guessing that you’re not the only one bothered by all that noise. Other than that, there isn’t much you can do. It’s up to them to be decent and civil about the how often they play music and how loud, but some just don’t care unfortunately.

If he is a developer and he takes over development of your project You are in a very vulnerable position. If he already has a potential client base for your product, all the more reason to be concerned. Hire a lawyer to negotiate all details of this joint venture. Do not try and do this yourself.
