See lessYou’re in the modern era. You’ve not started if you don’t have a website. Even if you don’t sell anything from the website, it’s a good idea to have it there to let people find out more about you. It gives you an opportunity to control the conversation around your brand instead of the other way around. Website is the means of digital communication. So it all depends on what kind of business you are as an entrepreneur and how would you promote your business, your products or your services. It’s okay if you don’t have a website but you’re missing a very good marketing tool for your business. Website is a good tool that can take your business to every corner of the globe through which you may get business leads and potential customers so hence having a website is always beneficial.
Are there any benefits to being schizophrenic?

Strangely, people always wonder what are the good sides of schizophrenia, not realizing that what they are saying is that, negative health experiences must have meaning. And, there are many people who believe that if something happens to us, surely there is a reason, and something “good” to reflect on. If someone asks someone who has broken a leg, what are the advantages?, would you agree with me that maybe that person is also hinting that the person did this deliberately to himself/herself and is getting away with speedy airport clearance, and extracting lots of sympathy? I believe that what you are saying is that schizophrenia is so peculiar a condition, that there must surely be something valuable in it. The only books I know of that tackle this kind of question are Shamans Among Us: Schizophrenia, Shamanism, and the Evolutionary Origins of Religion by Joseph Polimeni, and The Madness of Adam and Eve by David Horrobin, both expressing the belief that there is an evolutionary advantage to the condition. Many people can and do recover from schizophrenia, just like others can and do recover from other health concerns.

I take my medications, the prescribed dosage when I’m told to. I work with my doctors to find out exactly what works best with me, combined with all my other medications, and what makes life easier to deal with. It can be a tedious process but it’s worth it. Go to the recommended therapy, even if you only go a few times. You never know if it will work until you try. Sleep. Try and sleep a healthy amount, and try and break bad sleep habits. This helps a lot more than you’d think. Find out if there are any sleep issues such as insomnia or hypersomnia, and then talk to your doctor to figure out how best to deal with these.
See lessFind people you trust. I can’t stress how important this is. People you trust are going to be your support system through everything, the good and the bad. They’re going to be the people who listen to you cry, or laugh, the ones who are there for you through the bad side effects, through the medications that don’t work, through the therapists you don’t get on with. These people are important. Avoid toxic friendships and relationships as much as possible. Make peace with your illness. Being ashamed of it and hating yourself for it will do no good. Making peace with it and learning how to live with it may be difficult but it helps. It’s an important step and one that any good psychiatrist should help you towards.
Don’t listen to the people who say that medication is bad and that natural is better. It’s not. Medication has been proved to be effective and safe, natural does not mean better and can put people in danger if their mental health issues are not treated. Take your medication.
