That would really depend on the person, but in general I’m a fan of taking small steps to push the boundary instead of doing something ‘wild’ that’s very much outside it. Like when you’re scared of heights, I’d start with a hike on a mountain with a gentle slope, not a bungee jump. Sometimes it’s just as simple as saying or doing what you actually want to do and say. Don’t hold yourself back for anyone else’s comfort-including your own.

Tanning is burning your skin and contributes to cancer. If you don’t want wrinkles, do not expose yourself to sun, it is that easy. You should always wear sunscreen. Not to be macabre, but the awful cases where someone is kidnapped as a child and held somewhere for many years, and then they’re rescued as adults, show the impact of sun on the skin. They have noticiable baby skin because they weren’t exposed to sunlight. You know those people you see who look like the have tanned leather for skin, it’s got tons of pigmentation and it almost looks like it’s cracking as they move, that’s the result of too much sun over many years. So each time you’re in the sun and aren’t using sunscreen, it’s building up layers of that damage.
