I’ve tested a few apps that claim to track followers and unfollowers with my personal account. And to be very honest with you, you will end up with a shadow ban because Instagram eventually catches on that you’re using those apps and will disable your account. I’ve had this happen with a variety of apps no matter how long I used it and even if I don’t need to re-enter my login info. Some of them also glitch and reset your unfollows to 0, so you can’t keep a reliable tracking through the app.

Hong Kong has basically banned all foreigners from entering the city. Even in Hong Kong, residents are not allowed to return to the city unless they quarantine for 21 days at their own expense at a government-approved hotel. And when cases are popping up in Hong Kong, the city has been locking down entire apartment complexes until everybody gets tested.
