There are multiblade scrapers that will have adjustable diameter sizes to fit most pipe bowls and some that have interchangeable heads for different pipe bowl sizes. You can find most of these at any pipe shop or you can always use a pocket knife to scrape the bowl although this seldom leaves a smooth effect.
