Alert all adults they are ever with concerning the issue so they can watch her closer. When you find out she stole something, make her return it and admit to the theft. Make her aware that any consequences that come from it, she will face it. Whether it be fines, she would have to earn money to pay off. You should always start with a deep breath, just take some deep breaths. It is easier said than done that you have to remain calm and cool when you encounter adverse situations. But with a few simple techniques and thoughts, you can actually be successful in doing so. Begin with asking yourself questions that sound positive and help you come up with a solution. It simply means when you are around a negative situation it’s a human tendency to ask yourself what-ifs of the particular situation. And the questions being negative enough, the answers that are reverted to us from our subconscious mind are also negative. Like if you have a deadline for a project or any work and as you reach it, you find you are stress and pressure. The basic questions that usually pop up are what if I fail to complete it? What if no one liked it? What if I did a mistake? And the answers are equally scary. Instead ask yourself, what is the easiest way to complete it? How should I organise my remaining time so as to complete on time? Should I leave a little time for reviewing it before submitting? Such questions come with the solutions. In any kind of situation try to frame the questions that make you come up with some solution. And helps you finding a way out instead of worrying and losing your calm.
