Tattoos can fade away depending on where it’s at, it can stretch and do some other weird things that will ruin how it looks due to the natural aging of the skin. Young skin is nice and supple where as older skin is loose and has lost its elasticity. Google some pics of older people with tattoos and you’ll see what I mean. But touchups and keeping them out of the sun can help with fading, darker colored tattoos last longer whereas lighter colored ones fade quicker and choose a good spot for your tattoo although aging is a part of life so you can’t do much about that expect taking care of your skin.

One is you completely burn as the freckles using the ablative lasers. The other is to protect the skin only on the top and burn only the freckles only under the skin, using a non-ablative lasers.
